London, UK – 19 October, 2026 – XN Global has announced the acquisition of the international private medical insurance portfolio of Morgan Price International Healthcare Limited and Morgan Price (Europe) APS.
The acquisition marks an important milestone for XN Global and strengthens its position in the international private medical insurance market, bringing the established Morgan Price portfolio into XN Global’s growing international health insurance business.
Under a long-term servicing agreement, Morgan Price and its existing team will continue to service the portfolio. As a result, for Morgan Price brokers, partners and insured members, it remains business as usual. Existing policies, benefits, servicing arrangements and points of contact will remain unchanged, with no action required as a result of the acquisition.
